2. Be Careful What You Post (For Team Members)

  • Uavio.in associates are responsible for their personal online conduct.
  • Inappropriate or misleading social media activity may lead to disciplinary action.
  • Team members must clearly distinguish between personal opinions and official Uavio content.

3. Be Respectful and Professional

  • We promote respectful communication—free from harassment, threats, or personal attacks.
  • We respect the privacy of individuals and refrain from spreading false or misleading information.

4. Be Honest and Accurate

  • Accuracy is our foundation. Any mistake, once identified, is corrected transparently.
  • We follow a formal Correction Policy for any factual errors or modifications.

5. Respect Laws and Confidentiality

  • We strictly comply with Indian copyright, IT, and media laws.
  • No confidential company information is shared without prior authorization.

6. Confidential Information

  • Unauthorized use or disclosure of private information is strictly prohibited.
  • Any such breach may result in permanent removal from the team and legal action if necessary.

7. Compliance and Violations

  • Violation of these ethics policies may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.
  • Associates must immediately report any violations they observe to the editorial team.

8. Plagiarism and Fairness

  • Plagiarism is not tolerated. Every contributor must ensure originality and give credit where due.
  • All sides involved in a story are given a fair opportunity to respond or comment.

9. Reporting Your Concerns

  • Any ethical or editorial concern can be reported directly to our team.
